Introduction

Policy of sample requirement:
1) Please contact our export department for availability of sample requested
2) All samples are merely for the purpose of products quality approval and / or marketing promotion
3) Mingfeng will charge for all samples for any buyers, and will issue preformed invoice
4) Samples can be made totally same as our existing products or according to the prototypes/drawings from buyers
5) Sample charge would be 200% cost calculated on the base of original quotation, but not less than USD50
6) Samples shipment/postage must be borne by sample collected
7) Mingfeng would not be responsible for any import custom duty/tariff if applicable in destination
8) Sample lead time is about one or two weeks after sample charge paid
9) All sample cost paid by sample received(s) being refundable provided both parties finalize the order/contract amounted up to USD5,000 within 180 days, dated from sample(s) delivered
